• Mobile phone number – required to create and verify your account.

• Account verification via OTP (One-Time Password) sent by SMS.
• Authentication and secure access to your MamaFi account.
• Wallet access – linking your phone number to your Ethereum wallet.

Your phone number is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Performance of a contract – to deliver MamaFi services to you.

MamaFi's servers are currently hosted in Europe on DigitalOcean.

If data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

All data transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a push notification within the MamaFi app so that you are informed as soon as you open the application.

Updates will take effect no earlier than 7 days after the notification is sent.
